Introduction of a New Rotor Speed Regulating Controller for Lifting Motor

According to the feedback of users'actual use and further analysis of the original products, we cooperated with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to upgrade the technology of XGJ-ZZTS series and crane motor rotor adjusting controller, adopt the method of high frequency and high power power power electronic switch device IGBT rotor series resistance chopper speed regulation, and adopt special DSP chip as the control core to realize intelligent speed regulation control technology. Compared with traditional products, the speed regulation performance, man-machine interface and reliability have been greatly improved.

The main characteristics are as follows:

1. Improving the operation method of the master controller, realizing the "one-bar" operation, controlling the direction of heavy objects is as convenient as driving, and controlling the speed is as smooth as adjusting the volume.

2. The LED indication of main command input signal and system state output signal is added, which facilitates the monitoring during debugging, maintenance and use.

3. Rotor frequency feedback and chopper loop current feedback are used to achieve double closed-loop control, which improves the speed regulation performance and makes the motor speed better follow the master controller under different loads and network fluctuations.

4. Intelligent judgment distinguishes light and heavy loads, and can automatically switch between different working modes corresponding to light and heavy loads.

5. Energy-consuming braking mode is introduced when the heavy load decreases. This mode reduces the current of the rotor circuit obviously, has less energy consumption, and is more green and energy-saving.

6. Using IGBT as switching device, faster switching frequency makes acceleration and deceleration more stable.

7. It has the function of soft-start and soft-close. The combination of electric brake and mechanical brake reduces the friction of brake.

8. It has RS232/485 communication interface, which can meet the needs of remote control.

9. Stator side protection with staggered phase, phase absence, phase unbalance and undervoltage, rotor side overvoltage and overcurrent (overload) protection.

10. The system has the function of DSP automatic speed control and manual control. The system has high reliability.
